CUTTHROAT FORGED GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Entrant: Any individual who enters the Giveaway in compliance with these Official Rules.

  • Giveaway Period: The time frame from 12:00:01 a.m. EST on June 17, 2025, through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on July 31, 2025.

  • Prize: The Grand Prize described in Section 8.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, including Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions.

Employees, affiliates, and family members of Cutthroat Forged LLC are not eligible.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Entrants agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Cutthroat Forged LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Noncompliance with any provision may result in disqualification.

Cutthroat Forged LLC is solely responsible for the administration, management, and fulfillment of the Giveaway, including entry verification and winner selection.

5. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted beginning 12:00:01 a.m. EST on June 17, 2025, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on July 31, 2025. The internal timekeeping systems of Cutthroat Forged LLC shall serve as the official clock for this Giveaway.

6. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase-Based Entry

Entrants will receive one (1) entry for every whole U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent, excluding wheel purchases, on eligible products made through:

Entry totals are based on the pre-tax subtotal, excluding shipping, handling, discounts, and wheels. Wheel purchases do not qualify for entries.

Note: Purchases made for the sole purpose of obtaining entries and subsequently returned will result in disqualification.

B. Quick Entry (Discounted Entry Tiers)

Entrants may purchase Quick Entry options that grant a fixed number of entries at a discounted rate. These Quick Entries do not include physical merchandise and are intended solely for Giveaway participation.

The available Quick Entry tiers are:

Bronze Quick Entry – $10 for 15 entries

Silver Quick Entry – $25 for 50 entries

Gold Quick Entry – $50 for 125 entries

Platinum Quick Entry – $100 for 300 entries

Important: Quick Entry purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not include products. All entries submitted via Quick Entry will be treated as standard eligible entries in the Giveaway.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Entrants may also enter by mailing a handwritten 3” x 5” card including their:

Each valid mail-in entry is worth ten (10) entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2025. Bulk submissions, illegible handwriting, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Cutthroat Forged LLC within ten (10) business days following the Giveaway close.

The winner will be notified using the contact information provided. If the winner does not respond within ten (10) business days of initial contact or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

8. PRIZE

The Grand Prize includes a set of Cutthroat Forged wheels of any size, cut, or design in polished finish, subject to final approval by Cutthroat Forged LLC.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000 USD

No cash alternatives or substitutions are allowed unless Cutthroat Forged LLC elects to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION

Cutthroat Forged LLC reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike behavior. Use of automated or robotic entry methods is strictly prohibited.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless Cutthroat Forged LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Cutthroat Forged LLC is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries; for technical malfunctions or interruptions; or for unauthorized human intervention.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Cutthroat Forged LLC may use their name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Ohio.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Cutthroat Forged LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in the event of any cause beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, or fraud, that affect the integrity or fairness of the Giveaway.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. NO ENDORSEMENT

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform or third party, unless specifically stated otherwise. By entering, Entrants release all such entities from liability related to the Giveaway.

16. ENTRY AGREEMENT

These Official Rules represent the full and complete agreement between the Entrants and Cutthroat Forged LLC concerning the Giveaway and supersede all prior representations or agreements, whether written or oral.

17. PRIVACY

By entering, Entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Cutthroat Forged LLC for the purposes of administering this Giveaway, in accordance with the company’s privacy policy or as otherwise required by law.
